Ward and his business partner, Jerome Touze, both in their 20s, are high-profile UK internet innovators, due to the rapid rise of their site wayn.com which now has over 13 million members.

Ward will be in Nairobi, as one of the key-note speakers in the upcoming E-Tourism East Africa Conference, which is taking place from 13 - 14 October 2008.

In the discussion session with the students, Ward will be outlining the wayn.com story. He will explain how it grew from an idea, conceived while backpacking the world, to a multi-million dollar global business. He will talk about the challenges and hurdles as well as the opportunities he leveraged.

Students from the SIFE programme, (Students in Free Enterprise) which is active in 14 universities across Kenya, will attend the session.
