Responsibilities

Coordinate with event organisers to understand event objectives and target audience.
Create and distribute promotional materials such as flyers, brochures, and online advertisements.
Utilise social media platforms and online forums to engage with potential attendees.
Attend relevant industry events and networking functions to build relationships and promote upcoming events.
Collaborate with sponsors and partners to optimise event promotion and increase brand visibility.
Monitor and analyse event promotion performance, making adjustments to strategies as needed.
Act as a point of contact for prospective attendees, addressing inquiries and providing necessary event information.
Requirements
