WMS Implementation Technical Specialist

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or relevant qualification
• Certificate or diploma from a WMS system provider or implementation partner showing training or competence in installing WMS solutions
• Seven years of work experience in logistics
• End-user support experience
• Experience in pharma, logistics, or wholesale and distribution industries
• Proven experience in WMS implementation and support
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations and supply chain processes
• KNAPP Kisoft Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) operational or implementation experience
• Familiarity with SAP ERP
• Functional configuration proficiency in implementing MS systems
• Writing functional specifications for business review and sign-off
• Writing technical specifications for developers to follow
• Writing test specifications and executing testing against them

• Implementation and configuration: Implement and configure WMS solutions based on business requirements. This includes system setup, testing, and go-live support
• Technical support: Provide technical support for WMS including troubleshooting and problem resolution
• Training: Train end-users on the use of the WMS, ensuring they understand system functionality and capabilities
• Documentation: Document system configurations, processes, and procedures for future reference and training purposes
• Project management: For WMS change requests, manage timelines, resources, and risks to ensure WMS changes and implemented successfully and on time
