Award-winning actress, Masasa Mbangeni will host the 2017 South African Cultural Observatory's May national conference as its master of ceremonies. In its second year, this conference was established by the Department of Arts and Culture as a measure and valuation of country's creative and cultural economy.
Saco is hosted by Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University, in partnership with Rhodes University and the University of Fort Hare, it operates throughout the country. The event will be held from 24-25 May 2017 at the Turbine Hall in Johannesburg.
